All orders are shipped by USPS Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation. All U.S. and Canada shipping is free. Express shipping to most U.S. destinations is and additional $20 - if you want Express shipping you MUST email us and let us know as soon as possible!
Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or undeliverd (or incorrectly delivered) orders. We pay for Priority shipping with Delivery Confirmation (so that it is free to you) and we are alerted when your order has been delivered to your shipping address provided. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for what the Post Office does with your order once it leaves our hands - but in the event that your item was not received (even if we get a delivery confirmation that it was), or your item was received damaged, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to get it fixed for you so that you have a great experience with us! If you want to be sure your item is covered, please request insurance on your order for an additional $2.
International shipping is based on weight, speed and destination - we will contact you with shipping rates and once approved your card will be charged for the shipping amount you have agreed upon.
Shipping times may vary according to destination - within the U.S. it usually takes 2 - 4 business days for Priority and Express can take 1 - 2 days. International shipping can take as long as 3 - 4 weeks depending on method of shipping you choose, destination and customs delays. We do offer Global Express shipping for a higher fee (usually arrives within 2 - 5 business days). We are not responsible for damages or theft during customs inspection, nor are we responsible for any customs fees or duty taxes - it is the recipient's responsibility for these fees, and we do not mark item as gift or falsify any shipping information, so please do not ask! - Payment Methods

We accept all credit/debit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover/Novus (DINO).
We also acceptmoney orders (drawn on U.S. banks only). We accept checks by phone and online, as well as payment by secure fax. We accept payments by check via mail but we hold those paper checks for 7 - 14 days to be sure they clear before we ship out your order, so if you want it faster please use another form of payment.

Schools may use a purchase order if items are paid for within 30 days - please send us an email if you are planning on using a purchase order. - Returns & Exchanges
- We gladly accept returns on all orders for any reason - provided they are returned in the condition that you received them in - for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. We will credit your order in full via the method you paid with (within the first 60 days) but after that, we can only issue you a refund check payment.
We offer a full money back guarantee for 6 months and exchanges or store credits for all orders longer than 6 months.
Please do NOT request a refund or chargeback through your credit card company or bank - all you need to do is contact us by email and let us know you would like a refund, send back your order, and we will promptly refund your full purchase amount - no questions asked!
All defective items will be replaced immediately at our expense -- just let us know and we will take care of it right away. - What are your operating hours?
- Monday - Friday, 10 am till 4 pm CST. We are always open for emails - even after hours and on weekends, so please do not hesitate to contact us! Email is usually the fastest and most efficient way to reach us. Since we are a small family-owned company, please understand that we do not have live operators standing by 24/7 to answer your calls. We also do not have an office full of employees handling specific departmental tasks. In order to keep our prices low, we have to handle everything ourselves - returning emails, answering the phone, returning messages, taking inventory, contacting possible sources, purchasing, testing, shipping, etc. - and often there may only be one or two of us on staff during the day, so please keep this in mind when contacting us. We ask you to have patience and to hang in there - if you left a message or sent an email - we will get right back with you as soon as we possibly can - promise! Thank you for your understanding!

- Your privacy and security is extremely important to us - we will NEVER sell or share your information with another company, nor will we ever abuse your email address by spamming you with constant emails.
We do, however, on occasion send emails regarding order status, delivery confirmation, backorder or out-of-stock notices, sales and clearance, and new product notices. These are sent very rarely and only if we feel they will be of use to you. If at any time you no longer want to receive emails from us, please let us know and we will remove you from our list.

The Rosetta Stone software is compatible with Windows Vista although it is not certified for Vista at this time. The only thing that is not Vista compatible is the automatic install program, which is called AUTORUN.
To install Rosetta Stone on Windows Vista follow these simple steps:
- Put the CD-ROM in your CD drive
- When the Autorun program comes up, close it by pressing the X in the upper right corner of the window.
- Open Windows Explorer and you will see the following files on the install CD

- Double-click on the file called Setup.
- Follow the screen prompts to complete the installation.
When the installation process is completed you can run the program by double-clicking on the icon created for Rosetta Stone and use the data CD-ROM. - Requirements to Run Rosetta Stone

- No - Rosetta Stone is an interactive software on cds that plays only in computers once installed.
- Where do you get your stock from?

- No, v2 did not include the headsets. The sets we receive often do not have the headsets either, since the user usually bought them or already had them, so they kept them. But you can get the headsets for as little as $10 - $15 at places like Wal-Mart, Target, Office Depot, CompUSA, Best Buy, Circuit City and most office supply, electronics or computer store.
- Does the Rosetta Stone Personal Edition come with text books or work books?
- No - they come with curriculum texts to help you follow along, and they are written in the language in which you have chosen to learn. There are no written exercises in the books (everything is done in the software) and there are no English translations (that is just how Rosetta Stone does their software - by immersing you directly into the new language.)
- Why is my item "backordered" and when will it be back in stock?

If you receive an email stating that your item has been backordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. This could be due to several issues: occasionally our computer information and inventory system does not catch up to what our real-time stock currently is, therefore we think something is in stock, but when we go to pull it for shipping, we see that it is not. Also, sometimes we have the item in stock but when we check it before shipping it out, we see that it is damaged, missing parts, or just not in pristine condition or up to our standards, therefore we have to destroy it.
If your item is backordered we will notify you right away and refund your payment in full immediately.
Since we purchase from many different sources, and sometimes only one set or product at a time, we may not know when or if we will get the backordered item back in stock. We apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this may cause you! - Is there a discount if I purchase more than 1 item or product?

If you purchase more than 3 items or products, we will deduct 10% from your order total. If you order 5 or more products or items, we will deduct 15% from your entire order total.
